Diamond Core Drilling
Diamond
core drilling is a non percussive drilling method which gives smooth sided
holes ranging from 6mm up to 600mm diameter with virtual unlimited depths.
Diamond core drilling can be used for precise drilling, or a series of
adjacent holes can be stitch drilled to form larger openings if required
in both concrete walls and floors whenever applicable.
Diamond coring rigs can be used both horizontally and vertically with
the option of vacuum pad attachment if required.
Diamond coring rigs are powered by 110V electric with the diamond core
bits cooled by a water connection.
This technique therefore creates a low noise, dust free and non percussive alternative to both the operative and the client.
Diamond Floor Sawing

Construction Services have a variety of both small and large diamond floor
saws with achievable cutting depths up to 500mm if required. Diesel, petrol
and gas converted driven saws are used as a fast and efficient way of
achieving horizontal cuts in flat surfaces such as road surfaces, bridge
decks, pavements and concrete floor slab areas.
In
addition to petrol/diesel powered saws Denver Construction Services also
have a range Of 3 phase electric powered saws such as the Goltz 23 kilowatt
3 phase saw (pictured opposite) which is capable of cutting depths up
to 600mm. Electric saws enable saw cutting to be carried out in a working
environment within existing buildings such as factories, industrial units,
shops, stores and offices.
The saws themselves are powered by a 63amp 3 phase power supply which eleviates any exhaust fume hazards to other persons within the surrounding areas, and also ensures lower noise level output.
Diamond Track Wall Sawing

Construction services have a variety of diamond track wall saws driven
by both diesel and electrical hydraulic power packs. Track (wall saws)
offer the quickest and most precise option when used to cut door and window
openings in wall and floor structures, especially when the use of floor
saws is impracticable.
During application, the saw track is bolted to the wall with the blade making a series of cut passes until the desired cut depth has been achieved. This method can cut openings up to 600mm depth in heavily reinforced concrete structures if required.
